Norweigan speaking Merchant Support Representative

MultiMind is now looking for a Norweigan speaking Merchant Support Representative on behalf of our client. The company is working with secure and simple payment solutions within e-commerce. It is a fast growing company and for the right person there are good opportunities for development within the company.

Our client is creating a completely new team called the "Merchant Support Outbound". As a member of this team you will monitor all newly integrated merchants and be their first point of contact. As merchant's first purchase has been approved, the Outbound team will contact them and fully inform about the online services. You will also work closely with merchant decision, taking their cases to the next level of service - calling and helping them out so that they are as compliant to laws and regulations as possible. You will receive calls, mails and faxes from customers regarding reminders, payments and invoices. Your role will also include administrative tasks and problem solving.

We are looking for a person who is fluent in Norweigan and English. If you have experience in customer service, it's a merit. You are service minded, driven and positive. You are flexible, can prioritize and work under pressure. If you enjoy working in a fast-moving company and are results orientated this is the right position for you. You can work independently as well as in a team and always strive to find the best solution.
