We are around 1 100 employees in the Nordic countries. At the three production sites in Sweden we produce and develop paints and coatings for consumer, retail, and industry customers. Our headquartered is situated in Amsterdam, in the Netherlands.

What will you do?
As our Technical Service Manager, you'll be at the heart of our technical operations, leading a dynamic team of 8 experts across Sweden, Denmark, and Norway. You'll play a important role in both global and local projects, driving innovation and excellence. Your leadership will ensure top-notch technical support and training for our field force and customers, fostering a sustainable and growing business. You'll also spearhead quality initiatives, reporting directly to our Global Quality Manager. Your main tasks will include:
Product Testing & Evaluation: Collaborate with project teams to prepare for exciting new product launches.
Technical Documentation: Create and manage training materials for customers and local field force.
Professional Training: Deliver expert training on the use and application of our products, equipment, and documentation.
Technical Expertise: Provide invaluable knowledge to technical and sales departments, tackling complex issues and educating customers.
Complaint Management: Lead the team in handling product performance and application complaints with expert knowledge.
Legislation Updates: Keep technical and sales departments informed about changes in legislation.
Team Development: Drive engagement and development within the team, focusing on customer satisfaction and business excellence.
Market Synergy: Understand the unique aspects of the three markets and work towards creating synergy effects.
Global Quality Meetings: Participate in global meetings, responsible for KPIs and updates to our Business / Marketing Sales Unit.
You'll be part of a wonderful and committed team of technicians, commercial operations, sales, and marketing professionals, as well as colleagues from central functions. Your external relations will include customers in professional, retail, and B2B markets, along with global functions related to quality and innovations.
Location: Malmö preferably residing in the Öresund region. Work Mode: Hybrid.
Reporting to: Nordic Commercial Operations Manager.
