Be a part of our fantastic growth journey - Apsis is now looking for a Nordic Sales Director
Apsis is the biggest provider of email marketing solution and services and has a very strong market position in the Nordic with offices in Malmö, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Copenhagen, Oslo and Helsinki. You will be responsible for sales and the continuing growth in the Nordic region.

You will report directly to the CEO and will be a part of the Management Team. Our 4 Country Managers will report directly to you and you will have the overall responsibility for a team of 70+ employees. The team mainly consists of new- and after-sales employees, but also other supporting functions.

Apsis is a fast growing entrepreneurial company with a flat organization structure and you will be closely engaged in the daily operations. You should expect a high level of travel days as we expect you to be highly integrated with our offices in the Nordics.

Your focus areas will be...
• . to drive our Nordic sales organization for maximum performance by long- and short-term initiatives.

• . to develop and align our Sales Team to meet the needs in our markets

• . to coach the Country Managers and help them develop their teams

• . to develop sales processes and culture to optimize sales performance

• . to achieve a thorough knowledge of our products, markets, and customer needs and utilize this knowledge to identify market opportunities and increase our market share

• . to create an environment that promotes employee participation, accountability, teamwork within the sales teams as well as the organization in total, and the philosophy of continuous improvement in order to improve efficiency and productivity

We look for someone who

• Is a strong people manager
• Has a strong sales background and is driven by results
• Has hands-on experience with sales, pricing, incentive plan design and forecasting
• Is customer focused and have experience with solution sales
• Has proven record of strong results within B2B sales leadership
• Has minimum 3 years experience managing and directing professional sales teams in a mid-sized Nordic/International organization
• Knows or have the ability to obtain the knowledge necessary in our field of business
• Will contribute with strong leadership skills and lead by example
• Has a strong interest in software and marketing
• Has strong negotiation skills and are confident in overviewing legal aspects in agreements or business documentation
• Shares our view that a successful sales director wins trust by listening to and supporting the sales force and that a solid understanding of sales success can only be achieved by being very close to the sales process.
• Thrives in an environment that is informal and open - but very success-oriented

Preferably you have some sort of higher education and have a successful career behind you both in doing your own sales and leading sales teams of different nationalities. A career including working in sales of a SaaS or Cloud based solutions or marketing services, is a clear merit.
