This is a consulting assignment with start as soon as possible and which lasts at least 6 months This position is full time and location is Stockholm.
Broad description:
Out client is now looking for a Nordic Portfolio & Innovation lead.The P&I Lead will have a key role within the Nordic Supply Chain organization supporting the business with world class innovation management and on time in full delivery of local Innovation and portfolio improvement projects. You will be responsible for leading the operational work and in parallel you will drive cost initiatives such as finding the most efficient factory, smart packaging solutions and set batch size to reduce waste are all examples on how to run the profit agenda. You will lead and organize the Design to Value program as well as actively business partnering the CCBT on various portfolio and innovation related projects. The P&I lead role has two pillars, Innovation projects OTIF and Strategic portfolio management (business partner CCBT/complexity/optimal portfolio/cost reduction projects/best practice GKM process to minimize obsoletes).
The P&I has daily contact with the core project team (Marketing, Demand Planning, SU, R&D, Procurement) but also with other IPM stakeholders such as Customer Development and the wider end to end supply chain teams including Quality, Logistics and Customer Service. A key challenge of the role is to ensure on time in full performance with optimal supply chain solutions in a fast pace environment seeking cost efficient solutions.
You will play a vital role in portfolio management for the exciting future, setting up new processes and build up local capabilities to manage projects that was previously run centrally.
Operational Responsibilities
Take full responsibility of the Supply Chain related tasks on locally led Innovation project within the Nordic market.
Ownership in ensuring Supply Chain deliver all responsibilities on time in full for ongoing local projects in the Nordic Innovation Funnel. Coordinate CPM meeting and flag any delays.
Host SC pre-GKM prior to Gate Keeping Meeting each month making sure proper input is collected. Assure that Supply Chain information such as obsolete risk, MOQ check, capacity and capability is checked as well as secure that Golden rules are compliant in GKM. Gatekeep all Nordic Refreshment projects from SC perspective. Ensure risks clearly flagged and actioned with proactivity. Prepare, organize, and lead the CCBT GKM assuring Support in European GKM with European stakeholders and SC. Drive process improvement agenda and lead the CCBT GKM monthly meeting. Continuously follow up on KPIs making sure Innovation funnel is optimal in portfolio perspective.
Project Leading
Be the expert on all new local projects within the Supply Chain organization, responsible for OTIF delivery and keeping stakeholders up to date on risks.
Drive the knowledge transfer and build-up of local capability to run projects in Nordic (previously managed by central P&I). Scout suppliers and build up local Nordic network for future projects. Lead SC projects such as SU transfers or new RTMs/business models.
Coordinate and lead the Design to Value agenda
