In our mission to deliver easy-to-use tools to healthcare experts, for analyzing and comparing medical data, we combine software developers with experts in medicine, PhDs, mathematics, health economics, epidemiology and healthcare management.
Since we launched, our products have been extremely well received and we have all the potential to develop into an significant international player. We are now moving forward in our expansion with a focus on both Sweden and abroad. We are now looking for a Nordic Key Account Manager that can help us form our future focus on client development and sales.
Your role as Nordic Key Account Manager
As our new Nordic Key Account Manager you will join our fast growing sales and market team and you will be responsible for developing and lead our sales strategy within Sweden and the Nordic region.Using your previous skills and experience, you'll contribute to our market success by account management and strategic prospecting.You'll set your own budget, make forecast and suggest strategic development projects. You drive growth within existing accounts/markets, identifies and explores new opportunities and also actively work with the business development of products and product mixes. You will approach different markets both through direct and indirect sales channels.
In the role you report directly to our CCO and also work close with specialists in defined sales team. You will also be involved in forming and develop your own sales organisation.
Your skills and qualifications
• strong strategic and tactical ability in sales and marketing.
• good understanding of sales towards politically managed organizations andpublic tender procedures(preferably within healthcare/LifeScience).
• well documented track record from prospecting new business and creating new accounts/markets.
• good negotiation skills and confidence in dealing with all levels of decision makers.
You are a confident and swift decision maker, able to deliver quality in a rapidly growing and changing business and always eager on new achievements. Social skills and the ability to develop and maintain long-lasting relationships is important and you need to be fluent in Swedish and English (good understanding of any other Scandinavian language is a merit).You are a positive, driven and creative team playercomfortable with leading others and be a part of a sales team. You are also able to travel.
