hela Sverige Modis Life Science is now looking for a Customer Service Representative to a Pharma company located in Solna. This is a consultancy assignment initially for 10 months.
The role of a Nordic Customer Service Representative is to ensure Customer Orders are delivered on-time and in-full (OTIF) in a cost-efficient manner whilst always seeking ways to improve service
The role may require occasional travel within both Sweden and the Nordic Region.
Key responsibilities / Tasks
Customer Order Management
• Effectively prioritise the processing of customer orders, claims & returns requests
• Maintain daily communication with customers on product availability, order & delivery status
• Liaise with customers and Logistics Service Provider (LSP) to ensure optimum ordering conditions are met by both.
• Build strong relationship with trade customer counterparts.
Achieve Customer Service OTIF Goals
• Work closely with Supply Chain (SC) Supply planning and Deliver distribution colleagues to achieve relevant service level goals
• Follow prioritisation procedures for allocation of any products placed on "short stock" process
Continuous Improvement of Processes
• In conjunction with Trade, LSP and Sales Teams continually work to identify opportunities to improve Customer Service & Productivity
• Analysis of service complaints in order to identify and eliminate issues.
Customer Relationship Management
• Partner with LSP, SC Planning & Sales to forge strong trade relationships with Customer Supply Chain counterparts
• Communicate to Customer Development team any significant known or projected issues.
Team / Internal Interactions
• Follow standards for order processing and communication
agreed within the team.
• Provide backup to other Customer Service Team members as required, e.g. holiday
• Support closing of month end Sales cut off with LSP and Finance as required
