We are looking for an ambitious and business-driven Call Center Specialist located in either in Linkoping, Copenhagen or Oslo.

Job Description

As our Nordic Call Center Specialist, you will lead and support Operations in the Nordic countries. You will be part of a Business improvement team within Operations and have close cooperation with our Center of Excellence (CoE) in Madrid and IT Nordics. You will be responsible for ensuring optimal business processes and know-how within each country as well as securing and supporting the implementation of new tools and systems. Therefore, you will be responsible to take lead on projects, continuously improve internal processes, define ways of working and standardization across the Nordics.

Core responsibilities

• You will work closely with the local Operation teams in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland to define requirements, map business processes and continuously improve call center performance.
• Take lead on implementing new systems and tools within our Call Centers.
• Continuously improve internal processes and secure optimal use of tools available across the Nordics.
• Continuously review and plan requirements based on the needs and existing processes in the organization.
• You will be responsible for analyzing the impact of system and process changes.
• Ensure proper governance and that the management process is efficient and structured.
• You will have extensive collaboration with local Operation teams, Center of excellence and Nordic IT to secure delivery of improvements.

Required Qualifications

• MSc in Business Administration, IT or similar.
• 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced international company.
• Knowledge within Call Centers and telephony systems and hands-on experience with managing and optimizing a telephony system in a call center environment.
• Experience with project management, process mapping and defining best practice/standardization.
• Experience with workflows, queue architecture and call routing.
• Strong analytical capabilities and a proven track record of business impact.
• Self-driven and a structured approach to work.
• You are able quickly to identify and address challenges and improvements.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of managing multiple stakeholders.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
