Do you have extensive experience from Pharmaceutical sales and marketing, including strategic planning? Have you worked in more than one Nordic country or on a Nordic level? Actavis AB is looking for a Nordic Business Manager for the Hospital & Dose Dispensing Business at the Nordic Cluster located in the Stockholm office. The ambition is that the Nordic Business Manager will strategic develop and plan Hospital and Dose Dispensing marketing and commercial activities to achieve sales- and profitability goals in the Nordic Region. The role has very close collaboration with the five Nordic markets; Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden.

Publiceringsdatum2013-05-14Dina arbetsuppgifterIn this role, you are responsible for strategic development, planning and execution for commercial activities to achieve sales- and profitability goals in the Nordic Region. The main products the role has responsibility for are within oncology and transplantation.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
• develop the regional marketing strategy and ensure the appropriate planning and implementation of it in all Nordic countries
• execute the development of common Nordic marketing activities and consultation in local markets activity planning
• ensure the development of an outstanding Key Opinion Leader/Decision Maker knowledge and relation in the region
• tender and strategic pricing consultation
• support product and service development initiatives
• monitor, analyse and develop marketing data
• consultation and review of sales budget & operating expenses plus follow up
• support both local Hospital/Rx KAM's, corporate Hospital Business Unit and S&M department.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
As a potential candidate you have substantial project- and brand management experience as well as strong understanding of customer and market dynamics within the business area. Experience and knowledge from hospital business is central. Knowledge of Regulatory and Logistic timing and logics is important together with experience from Business or Product planning and financial analysis of business opportunities is also significant. As a candidate it's desired that you have previous experience from working in more than one Nordic country or on a Nordic level.
In the role as Nordic Business Manager it's important to have experience of coordination of teams and an ability to lead teams within tight time frames and with responsibility of several parallel projects. Therefore it's essential to have manager experience and proven people management skills. Personal skills that are important for success in the role are structured in work progress, creative and ability to take own initiatives as well as strong skills in personal communication. You are also analytical, calculating and self-reliant.
It's required that you have a university degree or equal as a Nurse, a Pharmacist or within Marketing/Business/Finance. It's significant that you have strong English skills, both in presentations and in writing. A Nordic language is not demanded.
