Axel Arigato is there for offering a full-time position for a New Markets Developer position that will be central to continue the journey where Axel Arigato has a unique power to remain on top of the fast-paced and rapidly changing world where international expansion is a key target. The overall purpose of this job is to deliver substantial growth opportunities and establishing the Axel Arigato brand in new international markets while building new local organizations.

Job description

The New Markets Developer is a driven and senior person that will work closely with the Marketing- and Wholesale department. This is a dynamic, fast-paced and collaborative role and the right person for this position is a person who loves to travel, establish relationships throughout the industry, result-driven with a proven experience from expansion and new markets marketing strategy and execution.

The main job for the New Markets Developer is to work with the expansion of the Axel Arigato brand in the chosen market to support sustainable profitable growth by increasing brand awareness and find an insight at the marketing perspective in the local market. You will be representing Axel Arigato as we go along with our expansions plan and as our New Markets Developer you must be able to take charge, plan and execute with confidence and a commercial as well as brand-driven mindset.

This position will have the possibility to operate from Gothenburg, SE or London, UK.

The New Markets Developer's responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Create and execute new market marketing plan for the development of the Axel Arigato brand

• Establish and maintain relationships with marketing teams for all key accounts and identify new opportunities to drive customers to the brand

• Work with the Marketing and Wholesale team to develop strategic marketing plans with a special focus on marketing strategy, advertising, influencer gifting, customer activations and events. A marketing plan including new launches, promotions, special collections etc.

• Plan and execute media plan optimized for the local market

• Plan media budget and coordinate with CMO

• Execution of the full marketing plan, follow-up and coordinating with key-accounts

• Assembling relevant product and brand information, content and creative assets and distribute to the right outlets

• Conducting research for event ideas

• Liaising with the preparation, planning, and execution of all events for all new markets

• Work with the local e-commerce and retail start up

• Increase market and brand awareness

• Working closely with the marketing team to provide relevant input from the market to generate new products and new sales leads and opportunities;

• Build momentum in the market through smart use of multiple marketing tools and marketing communication tools in collaboration with the marketing team

• Stay in tune with market trends and be proactive to the developments within our targeted markets.

• Be an ambassador for the Axel Arigato brand with an ability to understand how to best communicate the traits of the brand

Qualifications

• 3-4 years previous marketing or wholesale experience

• Proven and successful relevant experience in strategic marketing, B2B business development and sales in the Fashion Industry;

• A clear understanding of the Competitive Landscape

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, English

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Exceptional time management skills, including the ability to prioritize, manage and meet multiple deadlines

• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail

• Results driven, energetic, resourceful and hands-on with a strong service orientation
