Your assignment:
The Navision Expert will be part of a team of 5 persons working on implementing the ERP System Navision. As Kwintet is about to roll out the Navision system throughout the Group within the next couple of years, the Navision Expert will work globally. Navision will naturally integrate with several other systems within Kwintet and your role will be to ensure that this integration runs smoothly.
Each roll-out will be regarded as a separate project, where you will lead the project as well as the implementation, from start to final execution. Supporting you in the roll out process are process owners within the organization as well as third party suppliers.
The role requires travelling, mainly within Europe.
Education/experience:
We believe that you have a university degree in either Economics or IT.
You have worked with Navision or other similar ERP Systems in the past and it is likely that you have previously held a position as Controller or Project Manager for Navision/ERP Systems.
To make it as a Navision Expert within Kwintet requires an ability to work in a structured and perceptive way. Furthermore you need to be able to make people work together towards common goals as well as being a team player yourself. We think this is accomplished through characteristics such as strong communication skills, self drive and good analysis/decision making. In your role as a Navison Expert you are also credible with the ability to influence.
Preferably you have experience from working in a global organization.
As the corporate language is English it is a requirement that you are able to communicate in both written and oral English.
