A Mystery Shopper visits a store, make a phone call or send an email and posing as a customer or any customer, to experience and evaluate the level of customer service provided. Mystery shopping provides management with a detailed assessment of employee performance and the variables affecting your customer experience and satisfaction. Mystery shopping is used as one tool to train and adapt the training of personnel to meet the needs and expectations of the daily customer contact.
Helion Research is looking for mystery shoppers throughout the country.
• The ad indicates that we need 1 person, but we need as many people as possible in order to be able to offer our customers a wide range of different profiles.
As a mystery shopper you will be given the opportunity to evaluate various services. This will in most cases be by visiting a certain location but can also be a phone call or sending an email. As a Helion mystery shopper you will have to behave as the "average daily customer".
Before your first task (mystery shop/call/email) you need to sign up and fill in your personal profiles. This you will find a link for here below (some details are more delicate than others).

This is to prevent that you as shopper is being assigned a mystery shop where you will need to place yourself in an unfamiliar role. Assigning you to a shop not fitting to your profile will increase the risk of you being discovered as mystery shopper, not being taken seriously or simply that you should not feel insecure and in deep water. This Helion would prefer to avoid as that will become a waste of time for all parts.
Mystery shopping is no gold group. Mystery shopping is one of many opportunities to earn a little extra - when you have time and energy for it. You will be paid per assignment. Payments may vary from 6 to 60 Euros per task for example a refund of a plane ticket or a Hotel. We pay in Euros and this is done monthly via an international bank transfer.
