Our Technical Development department is creating a strong foundation of skills and we are therefore looking for a Modular Manager!
You will be part of the Operational Development organization within Technical Development department that consists of value engineering, business exploration and planning experts. This organization is responsible to develop an efficient and new way of working. Our aim is to go outside today's boundaries, and with less people involved. A Modular Manager is leading modularization projects. As a Modular Manager you will work cross-functional with both external and internal contacts and you will have interfaces with Marketing, Manufacturing engineering, Purchasing, all different departments within technical development, IT and PMO.
The role involves:
• Development of Customer engineering matrix and to be a facilitator and mentor.
• Development of the cross- functional process, how to use tools during business exploration but also when architectural work starts up.
• Support the Lead Engineer when creating life-time plans.
• Work with the requirements degradation and management systems, together with responsible for product requirement management.
• Responsible for the tool knowledge to produce, develop and present QFD, but also program management map.
• Leading and managing modular work with support of Palma tool.
We are looking for someone who has:
• M.Sc. in Engineering or equivalent experience
• Relevant experience within modular management
• Knowledge around modularization tools
• Cutting-edge expertise in a modularization
• English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
To be successful in this role, you need to:

• Be innovative and able to communicate with higher management.
• Have excellent communication, presentation and negotiating skills.
• Be responsibility for decisions and deliveries.
