The role involves system development, installation and maintenance tasks where installation jobs are carried out around the world. Thus, the role requires willingness to travel to customer locations.
Graduates are vital for our company and they are considered as the future of our company, therefore we search hard for candidates that are enthusiastic in learning all aspects of technology.
Graduates are assigned to active projects and they experience the short cycle of development to production as they start to work. You will be working alongside senior, experienced engineers who will be encouraging you to learn and expand your knowledge from day one.
You will be working on software development to build systems running on mobile networks. Our development is mostly dependent on Erlang/OTP thus you will be coding in a functional language.
You will be assigned for installation works abroad at our customer premises. You will need to apply for a visa to those countries around the world. You will of course be assisted in the visa process, but it is your own responsibility to have a valid passport and possibility to apply for visas to Turkey, United States, India and some other countries in Asia, South and Central America and Africa.
We are looking for a newly graduate. We believe that you as a person is flexible and good teamplayer.
Formal requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in CS or EEE.
• Problem-solving and learning skills.
• Ability to work on individual projects and as a member of a team.
• Knowledge of UNIX systems administration, particularly Red Hat Enterprise/CentOS.
• Interest in computational science, functional programming, distributed systems, parallel computing and database systems.
• Knowledge of common scripting languages.
• Strong interest interest in learning emerging technologies and applications.
• A valid passport.
• Willing to travel.
• Proficient in English language.
Mobile Arts is a company focusing on location-based services (LBS), which is used, for example, when calling 112 from a mobile phone.
All the software development is done at our headquarters in Stockholm/Sweden. Our software development requires enhanced professional skills as we develop and maintain mission critical systems.
