Methods and Tools team within CIOO
We are looking for an Expert in Methods and Tools. You will join a high performing team recognised for professionalism, competence and capacity. We have an extensive change agenda to ensure continuous development and increased efficiency.

About this opportunity
You'll join the Methods and Tools Support team within CIO office in the Technology organisation. We are looking for a person with an in-depth knowledge and interest in the Project Portfolio domain with a flexible mindset, strong expertise skills with a willingness, and capability to collaborate with a strong team. You will be reporting to the Head of Technology Methods and Tools Support, Petter Frygnegård.
What you'll be doing:
* Ensure methods creates value for Nordea and customers by proactively suggesting fit for purpose solutions based on stakeholder needs as well as regulatory requirements
* Identify, analyse and communicate latest trends and changes affecting initiative/project and portfolio methods to ensure current and fit for purpose methods for both Waterfall and SAFe/Agile ways of working
* Develop and improve the services to be delivered to users/stakeholders (e.g. governance, standards, models, templates, guidelines) to support the usage of the methodology and framework
* Be involved in the development and improvement of relevant tools, such as PPM tools, that supports the usage of the methodology and framework to ensure they fulfil the needs and requirements of the methods
* Mentor in implementation of the methodology and framework, to reach high quality and efficiency in how the methodology and framework are utilized across the bank
* Acquire new skills, advance own methods competence in relevant field, help and coach others, and lead or contribute to relevant communities to inspire a culture of continuous learning
The role is based in Copenhagen; Helsinki; Stockholm but it is expected that you are able to work cross border and travel as needed.

* Are structured and can inspire and collaborate with a group of high performing employees
* Have experience within change and development related methods and standards
* Understand regulatory demands within banking regarding governance of change and development initiatives
* Have strong stakeholder management skills
Your experience and background:
* Have +7 years of relevant work experience including some years of leading development initiatives
* A natural "can do" attitude and a high level of curiosity within your field
* Relevant Master's degree or similar
* Advantageous with experiences in Project Portfolio Management, Risk Management, Regulatory Reporting, Business Process Management and Group Internal Rules
