Are you an experienced methodology coach with solid knowledge of flow optimization? Take the chance to be a part of a new establishing team where you will have a key role within the governance function to take us towards our 2020 vision.

The Division Governance function works closely together with the central Governance function and with the delivery organizations internally within the division, covering the areas of Program Management Office, Enterprise Architecture, Development and Operations Office (Requirement, Development, Test, Operations, Tools), IT-Security and IT-Business Development.

We are now strengthening our Division Governance team by recruiting an experienced methodology coach. As a part of the Governance team, you will coach delivery teams to achieve efficiency, shortened time-to-market and scalable & sustainable solutions according to the IT 2020 vision.

The goal is to plant a stable, scalable and sustainable philosophy which permeates our everyday work in delivery teams and is applicable in situations where the delivery is outsourced or standard solutions are implemented.

To succeed in this role we believe you are an experienced leader with the ability to influence and guide the delivery organization. You are communicative with an outgoing personality and able to work "Hands-on" with a pragmatic mindset and "make it work in practice" approach. You are passionate about conveying knowledge of methods such as Kanban and you see the importance of doing it in a pedagogical way.

In your role, you work closely with the Division Governance team (security, EA, PMO, change & release Mgmt), other leaders within the division, Coach Network members within the delivery organizations and Development Office members within central Governance.

Your Responsibilities

The job as methodology coach is challenging and exciting and includes the following responsibilities:

• Daily support and drive team development in the division.
• "Coach of Coaches": Coach, Support and train development Team C.oaches & teams (Scrum Masters, development leads, divisions team coaches).
• Establish efficient onboarding of newly hired Team Coaches and team members.
• Follow up on progress, as well as making sure there is Team Coaches in all teams.
• Responsible for training & educating leaders and teams in flow management and in how to coach teams. (Inspire and train division in PDCA, FLOW mgmt and team development etc.)
• Communicate demands and feedback from the division to central IT-Governance for Development Office related demands.
• In co-operation with stakeholders participate in the design, pilot and implementation of new governance mechanisms aimed at decreased time-to-market, efficiency, sustainable and scalable solutions.
• Help develop the division's development framework.
• Monitor market trends related to frameworks, methodologies, ways-of-working and supporting tools.

And your skills include:

- Experience working agile in a large organization
• You have experience working as a Kanban Team Coach
• You have experience with Scrum and XP
• You have experience of working with the structuring and decomposition of requirements (Specification by Example)
• You have general knowledge of architectural work and test/QA work
• You are good at English, both verbally and in writing
• Preferably you have experience from Jira or similar issue management system
