We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Method engineer to our Distribution Centre in Örebro.
Responsibilities
Analyze the performance of the SC&L processes (reception, preparation, shipment flows,...) in the distribution center and manage improvement action plans.
Define and implement the end to end Supply Chain & Logistics processes considering the IT and physical flows (from order management to the Distribution Center operations)
Set up all necessary process capability to execute Customer Logistics Offer feature requirements.
Implement continuous improvement projects by using "Lean, Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma" and other methodologies
Promote as a standard the Industrial Excellence principles of the group: SPS / DMAIC / SIM etc...
Identifies & plan projects for the main KPI's of order management
Lead project to ensure the achievement of process improvement within the order management department to increase customer satisfaction, productivity and effectiveness
Manages cross functional teams, implements operational technique and performs activities aimed both at monitoring a process and at eliminating causes of dissatisfaction.
Work collaboratively with related functions to ensure all methods / processes deliver the expected benefits
Coordinate the implementation of agreed changes and monitor to ensure they are robust and sustainable
Based on need we are looking for
Lean and automated warehouse experienced person,
Experience with Digital tools MS office, SAP, AutoCad and similar
Leading Continues Improvement and familiar with Kaizen,6 Sigma, eVSM,
Ability to lead projects
Solid Knowledge of MES standard
Has experience in connection between production equipment and MES application (PLC), ERP and MES and similar
Has experience in at least one MES standard application (LDS, PMS, legacy tool, ...)
Independently understands/implements LAN & VLAN networking (Enterprise network, industrial network, ...)
