Meetings Management Specialist are you looking for a successful career as an event and meeting specialist for healthcare professionals? Do you enjoy coordinating events and meetings? Do you also have experience leading projects and working in a sales environment? Please read further!

About the role
The position as Meeting Management Specialist is a consultant role with a year contract starting immediately. You will be based at the office in Solna and be part of a dedicated Nordic team. The position is full-time with a monthly salary.

In your role as a Meetings Management Specialist, your main responsibilities are:
• Coordinate meetings and events linked to healthcare staff as well as managing local contracts, travel logistics, budget management
• Ensuring that all events are conducted in accordance with the company 's policies and statutory requirements
• Develop and maintain strong relationships externally and internally
• Collaborate with other experts including business partners for Meetings Management and other stakeholders to seek advice
• Act as an advisor for the healthcare professional contract management
• Responsible for answering questions related to meeting management and invoices

Key requirements
We see that you have 1-2 years of experience in sales/marketing or a customer facing role. Furthermore, you have a good communication skill and enjoy leading teams and projects. We see that you have an independent and proactive approach and strive to improve the workflow within the company.

Key requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in sales/marketing
• Previous experience of leading smaller to medium sized projects
• Business or technical education or similar at a university level
• Fluent in English and a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian) in speech and writing
