We are seeking a Medior Developer to join our Tribe team. The ideal candidate will be a professional specialized in designing, developing, and maintaining CRM systems specifically tailored for our midmarket business clients.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure code meets high standards of quality, is free of bugs, and is maintainable and reliable.
Complete tasks and projects on time with efficient and effective coding practices.
Work effectively with team members and stakeholders, sharing knowledge and contributing to team success.
Develop innovative solutions to complex problems and continuously improve existing systems and processes.
Continuously update and enhance technical skills and knowledge, staying current with industry trends.
Follow established development processes and standards, ensuring security and compliance.
About YOU
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications can be beneficial.
Demonstrable experience through internships, co-op programs, or previous employment.
Typically, 2-4 years of experience in software development.
Experience working on relevant projects, either independently or as part of a team.
Have adequate English writing and speaking skills
Technical skills
Proficiency in languages such as Java, JavaScript
Familiarity with additional languages like C#, Kotlin, or TypeScript can be advantageous.
Knowledge of frameworks and libraries such as Spring (Java), React (JavaScript).
Understanding of common design patterns and best practices for software design.
Skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Proficiency in relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Microsoft SQL
Proficiency in using Git for version control.
Soft skills
Ability to work effectively within a team, understanding the dynamics and contributing to collective goals.
Ability to adapt to changing requirements and environments
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
Managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality and efficiency
Ensuring accuracy and precision in coding and testing.
Proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
