We are seeking a dynamic Media sales manager / Supplier Partnership Manager to join our category management team. The Media sales manager will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining strategic relationships with existing and new investors to secure marketing funds for our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media selling, negotiation, partnership management, and marketing. They will be responsible for selling media opportunities, identifying, and pursuing new opportunities, negotiating favorable terms, and fostering long-term partnerships with investors. This role requires exceptional communication, analytical skills, and a strategic mindset. 
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to secure media investments aligned with our business goals.
• Identify new media investment opportunities.
• Establish contact with existing and new investors.
• Negotiate investment terms, including financial contributions, partnership agreements, and other relevant terms, ensuring mutual benefits for both parties.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, category, account teams and finance to ensure alignment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, acting as a primary point of contact throughout the process.
• Monitor and analyze marketing investments' performance, including point-of-sale (POS) sales, Google Analytics data, and qualitative aspects. Provide regular updates and reports to key stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for value creation and mutual growth through innovative investment models or partnership structures or by developing advertising opportunities.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to leverage insights in negotiations and investment strategies.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize partnership processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Education: bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field (master's degree preferred)
Work Experience: minimum of 3 years' experience in media sales management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets, and business development, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
Technical Skills: Experienced MS Office user (mandatory), Google Analytics 4 (meriting) Other Skills:
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successfully closing deals and securing investments.
• Excellent analytical abilities and marketing understanding to assess investment opportunities and evaluate financial impact.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Language / Communication Skills: fluent English essential, other languages an advantage
