hela Sverige Unilever Nordic is looking for a Material Master Data Specialist, a role in the Nordic Supply Chain Development Team. The position is based in our office in Solna .
Purpose of the role :
The Nordic Supply Chain Development Team is an important part of the Nordic Supply Chain organization. The objective of the team is to be an active partner to develop, implement new solutions and provide support to continuously improve the processes and tools across the Supply Chain to support our business agenda. We are now looking for a Material Master Data Specialist to join our team.
Key responsibilities:
• Serve as Nordic specialist on Material Master Data in SAP and closely linked processes, such as code request and the material creation process
• Ensure that the Nordic Supply Chain team maintains and develops a high level of knowledge of the Material creation process and can deliver high quality of the content
• Represent Nordic and be an active member of the European Key User network in the Material Master area, to ensure that development impacting Nordic is effectively communicated and evaluated
• Lead and actively participate in development projects to continuously improve processes and tools related to the Material Master area
• Serve as Key User for the Nordic business in Material Master & Material creation process, including testing of processes in upgrades and supporting end user in resolution of issues
• Monitor and communicate the quality of our Material Master data within the organization and drive activities to continuously improve the quality and deliver the quality targets
Who are we looking for?
As a person you have strong analytical skills and process understanding combined with good communication skills as the position requires you to work in both a Nordic and European environment with people from different functions. You have a strong commitment to quality and take ownership of your projects. You pay attention to details.
Proven working experience, at least 2-3 years, with SAP Material Master Data is an absolute must and we see a strong advantage if you have experience from a Supply Chain process. Since a part of the job will be to drive development projects experience in project management is desirable.
We also see it as a strong advantage if you are an advanced Excel user. Since the scope of the role is Nordic and you will be an active member of a European network, fluency in English and one of the Nordic languages (written and spoken) is required. Academic education is a plus.
