The Material Master Data Group ensures that the SAP material master data is fully and correctly updated for all distribution centers, local warehouses and sales organizations. The aim is to ensure customer satisfaction, smooth supply chains, fully functioning logistic flows and proper financial accounting. In this position your work involves close cooperation and a broad network of contacts within the company.

We are looking for a material master data analyst that will help us to mature the material master processes, information modelling, automation and the relating organisation.

In detail, your main responsibilities include:

• Process mapping and improvement: improve existing processes and map non-defined processes. Follow up to adherence to the process.

• Information modelling: develop our information model. Establish clear ownership over data. Communicate the outcome in the organisation. Follow up on adherence to information ownership.

• Automation: work closely with your colleagues in IT and the business organisation to enhance our current systems (change requests) to further automise the processes for material master data and relating pricing.

• Working procedures: document working procedures. Provide training to both your colleagues in the Material Master Group, as well as all other stakeholders on information model and processes.

• Checks and balances: develop and execute checks and reports to make sure we have correct material master data and intercompany pricing.

• Projects and other activities: as a changing company, we run many projects that will impact material master data and pricing. You will be assigned to such projects representing the MMG team.

The position reports to the Team Manager and is based at the corporate headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Utbildning/erfarenhet
• You have at least 5 years of experience of process mapping and information modelling. Preferably you have experience from working i SAP.
• It is important that you are both business and customer focused and you have strong communication and interpersonal skills. As a person you have a strong drive, development focus, a holistic view and strong analytical skills.
• An affinity to data and numbers, combined with accuracy is required.
• The position will entail working in an international environment. As a result you should be able to communicate well in English.
• An education of Bachelor of Science or equivalent is preferred.

To communicate effectively you need an excellent level of both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
