The Assignment
We are seeking a MDM Specialist who will work in the Scandinavian Operations team, supporting the Clinical systems and central supporting functions with creation and maintenance of Product master data. Ensure excellent data quality and consistency. Setting policy and processes how MD is handled throughout the product life cycle.
Your day to day responsibilities are making sure our clinics have the correct system data, updating master data with new items or changes and making sure these flow into our clinical systems.
You are also expected to develop and improve the current systems and processes, including proper measurements and KPI's related to MD. You will be part of development projects for new business additions and transformations.
The position includes tools creation and maintenance/development of databases for MDM reporting and testing of systems developments regarding master data quality.
Your key platsforms are Microsoft Dynamics Navision, Microsoft Dynamics Axapta, Profisee's Maestro.
Your responsibilities include
• Master data management throughout product life cycle in supporting systems
• Item creation and item maintenance in ERP and Clinics Item Masters
• Process Improvements
• Maintain high Quality of Master Data
• Training involved parties in MDM related topics
Qualifications
• Degree in Computer Science and/or proven practical experience
• Experience in Master Data Management and product life cycle support
• ERP experience
• Fluent in English, spoken and written
Extensive experience in MS Excel, competence in SQL is a plus
Experience in working in MDM toolsets such as Profisee's Maestro is a big plus.
