hela Sverige Supply Chain Operations Supply Chain Operations manufactures packaging
material, packaging systems and distribution solutions for Tetra Pak Packaging
Solutions. The Capital Equipment Supply Chain division (CE SCO) is responsible
for the manufacture and supply of filling machines and distribution equipment
from receipt of order until performance is achieved at the customer's site. CE
SCO manages equipment suppliers, operates the Modena, Lund and Minneapolis
manufacturing sites and is responsible for the overall result of the Global
Capital Equipment business including the Installation Business.
Supplier Management The Supplier Management will ensure that Tetra
Pak has a consistent SM strategy in place across all supply chains, and that the
right expertise is available throughout the organisation. It will also lead the
Supplier Management work related to Base Material, Travel & Transport and
Indirect Materials. The overall objective is to safeguard that everything we
purchase is of right quality and at competitive cost. We are looking
for a Master Data Driver to lead the design, the implementation and the
continuous improvement of Master Data procedures within Supplier Management
(SM). The position will be within the Supplier Management process team in Lund.
Key Responsibilities: - Quality assurance of master data used
in the process - Definitions of standards and measurements for master data
originating from the process Main tasks and responsibilities include:
• Overall lead for SM master data, structure and drive master data
coordination within Supplier Management process for all purchasing segments
• Mapping and documenting standards for master data originating from the SM
process - Definition and measurements of master data procedures - Define
cleansing plan for master data affecting SM process - Secure compliance by
Master Data community to the Master Data Standards which impact SM process -
Represent SM process in the MDM Community and the Tetra Pak Global Master Data
Management Project - Coordinate with initiatives and/or projects from other
processes affecting SM master data Kvalifikationer We
are looking for someone who has previous experience of Purchasing and Supplier
Management or Project Management or Master Data Management. SAP R/3 experience
is very beneficial for the position. The successful candidate shows
systematic and analytical capability to problem solving and likes to work in a
structured and independent way. You possess a high self-motivated drive, and the
ability to co-operate well with people across organisations as you need to,
strive for aligned decisions and assure compliance through out the organisation.
You need to be able to translate details into high-level concept. This
position requires a relevant University degree and a very good written and
verbal command in English, combined with communication and presentation skills
