At BrewDog, we're really proud of our place on the burger scene. We're innovating and packing flavour punches with burgers such as the BrieDog (Brie cheese, truffle mayonnaise, roasted onions), Nutty Professor (bacon jam, bacon, bacon, peanut butter and bacon) and all the other awesome food we offer alongside our incredible beers!
We are now looking to employ an awesome, kick ass person to head up the kitchen in our latest BrewDog Bar in Norrköping.
You have a few years of documented experience in the kitchen with similar duties, experience from burger restaurants is a massive plus, good understanding of HACCP, you understand the economy of a kitchen and restaurant and you are in general a responsible and kick ass person to be around.
We are a small but tight family at BrewDog and our bar & kitchen work very closely together. We're looking for cool personalities that focus 100% on delivering the best possible guest experience in our hop temple.
The position is to be filled by late June and recruitment is on an ongoing basis, so don't wait to apply today or recommend a friend!
