We are now searching for Marketing Specialists who will work for a strengthening and increasing of our business and market positions. We are looking for two talented persons who will join us in this work.
We can offer you a unique opportunity to be an active part of new marketing initiatives and activities which will give you an excellent career opportunity as a future business leader in Tetra Pak. This is a global position where you will work in a broad area of tasks. You will work within projects with high business impact and in close relation to our Business units and Market Companies.
In this position you will drive and manage projects and take initiatives to our Business Units and Market Companies within Tetra Pak Processing Systems. You will provide the Market Companies as well as the Business Units with tools, business intelligence and building up new mindsets in the approach to our customers.
Your main working tasks and projects will be in the area of Customer Management such as:
• Pricing - the right price to the right customer
• Segmentation - differentiation of the market
• Targeting - how to select our customer
• Positioning - how to change and strengthen our market position

Kvalifikationer
As a person you have excellent communication skills which you often use to influence and interact with people and you have the ability to listen. It is important that you have a strategic mindset and that you are business oriented. You have a high personal drive and you are result oriented. You easily work independently towards our shared goals. Further you are analytical and accurate as well as flexible and you have a positive attitude. Your own curiosity drives your personal development together with the team and the various projects.
A suitable background would be a Bachelor in Business Administration, or MBA, combined with a few years work experience. You are used to work with B2B marketing as well as business intelligence and Customer Management. Since this position is global with a lot of international contacts some travel will be required and therefore you must be proficient in English, both verbal and written.
