White Label Agency (WLA) provides white label WordPress development services to digital agencies, mainly located in the US. Our team has produced 5,000+ WordPress builds to date and has grown from a team of 1 developer in 2013 to our current size of 150+ WordPress Professionals. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team.
As a Marketing Specialist, you will participate in planning, executing, and refining marketing initiatives and campaigns across the website, search engines, paid media, email, and social channels to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and audience engagement.
You will work closely with internal cross-functional teams and external partners to source brand assets, coordinate technical implementations, and ensure every marketing activity and internal initiative meets WLA's quality standards while safeguarding and evolving the brand identity.

Key Responsibilities
Work closely with marketing team and participate in establishing the brand identity in collaboration with internal cross-functional teams and third-party partners.
Work with internal and external teams and collect written copy for campaigns, social media, and other relevant channels. Ensure that the copy aligns with company's brand voice, marketing and business objectives.
Partner with in-house design teams and external vendors to source, brief, and deliver visuals, graphics, infographics, video, and motion assets that elevate campaigns across web, email, ads, and social channels.
Ensure every textual, visual and multimedia element adheres to brand voice, accessibility standards, and campaign objectives.
Source and coordinate the internal development team to ensure that new feature(s)/implementations are aligned with the WLA development standards and are successfully implemented on a timely basis.
Engage in third-party marketing collaboration initiatives. Find and collect information about potential partners, participate in meetings and decision-making sessions.
Source the team with up-to-date information about our products, services, and the guidelines they should follow.
Keep an eye on recent industry news and source ideas to inform the marketing team members about upcoming updates.
Participate in ongoing initiatives in the team, and support them with visual and textual communication expertise.
Source and manage external suppliers/vendors when needed (i.e., video editor, content creator, marketing materials, etc).
Qualifications
At least 2 years of marketing experience with a proven track record
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional self-management and organizational skills
Ability to think outside the box
Experience working in the US market is a plus
Experience in consultancy, sales, or SaaS is a plus
Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Adobe Suite, etc.) is a plus
