Epson is seeking new talent and energy to join our Sales / Marketing team in Sweden.
We are looking for a driven and proactive Marketing Services Manager to support local sales teams in development and implementation of the central marketing plans. The successful candidate will be responsible for all marketing activities such as creation & roll out of local marketing plans, managing PR, channel & end-user communication, events, budget and planning.
The position is located at EPSON's office in Kista near Stockholm and reports directly to the Marketing Services Manager for Norben &CEE territories.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop local channel marketing materials using centrally created assets and work with approved local marketing communications agencies, ensuring that all materials are on message, on brand, on time and on budget
• Check translations of centrally produced marketing communications materials including promotions, advertising, brochures, POS, PR, and highlight where local commercial conditions are not reflected
• Communicate central plans and materials throughout the local organisation.
• Liaise with the local PR agency to ensure that central plans are implemented locally to meet agreed KPIs
• Co-ordinate centrally agreed sponsorship activities and local events
• Accurately forecast strategic and channel budgets, utilize SAP to raise local marketing requests.
• Monitor local CMF and strategic budget to ensure value for money and ROI
• Provide reports on local channel marketing activities and expenditure to Manager Marketing Services Norben & CEE
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
• Previous experience from working for an IT hardware / software company
• Fluent in Swedish and English language (spoken and written)
• Experience in channel marketing
• Ability to communicate well with peers and senior management. Can run large groups meetings and adapts style to the audience
• Good planning and organizing skills
