Marketing Communications are responsible for marketing communication efforts of all of Scania's products - trucks, buses, industrial and marine engines, services and parts. Our mission is to reinforce Scania's brand by developing marketing communication strategies, guidelines and tools as well as campaigns and activities to support promotional and sales activities on all markets.

We now seek an experienced Marketing Project Manager who wants to take on and lead large and complex marketing communication assignments from start to finish.

Assignment
Your task will be to plan, lead, develop and execute different marketing activities. You will be responsible for one or several larger communication projects such as a global market introduction of a new product or service or leading the communication efforts for a large international exhibition, as well as developing operational tactical marketing. You will craft communication strategies, define targets and propose different activities. Furthermore, you will, together with a project team, be responsible for carrying out and following up activities that you and our assignors agree upon. You will also make financial forecasts for your projects and review both targets and costs.

You will work in close co-operation with Production Managers well as Marketing Communication Managers and also different assignors within Scania and various external suppliers such as advertising or web agencies. You will also have a close relationship with Scania colleagues on different markets globally.

Requirements
As a marketing project manager in our team, you have to be independent, creative and driven. You have experience in marketing and/or communication and have capacity for strategic thinking. You have good knowledge of Scania and our customer offering and you find it easy to cooperate and establish contacts inside and outside the company. It is an advantage if you have experience with digital communication, especially within B2B. You express yourself fluently in both speech and writing in English. Swedish is a bonus. You have an academic degree on a university level or similar.

This is a permanent position, starting as soon as possible.
