About the role
As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving demand generation, customer engagement, and brand presence in your assigned region. This role focuses on adapting global marketing campaigns to resonate with local audiences, ensuring alignment with regional sales goals and market dynamics. You will be a key partner to the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, creating impactful strategies to support revenue growth.
In this role, you will be responsible for owning and executing regional marketing plans tailored to the unique needs of your market. By leveraging your understanding of regional customer behavior, industry trends, and competitive landscapes, you will ensure that marketing initiatives drive measurable results. You will also serve as a critical link between corporate marketing and field teams, providing insights and feedback to enhance future campaigns.
You will focus on event management, account-based marketing (ABM), and localized digital campaigns, working collaboratively with Sales and Product Marketing teams to drive pipeline generation and customer engagement. This role demands a proactive, data-driven marketer who can balance strategic planning with tactical execution while maintaining a customer-first approach.
Who are we looking for?
We're looking for someone who is highly organized, a natural collaborator, and driven by results. You have a self-starter attitude and a passion for staying ahead of trends in the marketing landscape, and are comfortable in navigating in an always-on, highly ambiguous environment.
To succeed in this role, we see that you have:
3+ years of experience in B2B marketing management, digital marketing, marketing operations, and communications.
A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in business, marketing, communications, or related discipline.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation systems (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar).
Software B2B marketing experience and a passion for leveraging digital channels to connect with target audiences.
Proficiency in data analysis and tools like Google Analytics, PowerBI, etc.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in events, including the planning and execution of webinars and conferences.
Understanding and respect for regional cultural differences, in EMEA and India, that impact marketing efforts.
Proven ability to localize global strategies for diverse markets.
Fluent in English (verbal and written). German and/or French is a plus.
Nice-to-have:
Experience with HubSpot CMS or other Content Management Systems.
Familiarity with social media platforms, Google Ads, and digital analytics.
