Husqvarna Group is looking for a marketing manager to drive overall marketing agenda in Latin America, Asia, Africa and Middle East.
This is a support, planning and coaching function for the Light Agriculture Business Unit. Focus is on execution of the go to market strategy for all business unit markets working closely with the regional and country B&M teams as well as the Division B&M and other business unit CX teams.
About the role
The Marketing Manager within the Business Unit Light Ag, is responsible for the development and execution of, Communication strategies, global and specific New Product Launch Planning, Go to Market Plans and Annual Marketing Plans across all emerging markets. They will also lead the End Customer Activation Plan for end users as well as leading the organisation of Events and Conferences for the Light Ag BU organisation.
You will take the lead in the creation of relevant and unique content for Light Ag BU markets including approval to load into content sharing platforms. The Marketing Manager will also plan the activation of approved new channel opportunities and manage division and sales cluster PR plans and executions in emerging markets.
The position is based in Sweden.
About you
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related business field (Marketing).
Minimum 3 years' experience in marketing management.
Experience working in and with Emerging Markets.
Brand and marketing planning experience and skills.
A strong working knowledge of digital, social and e-commerce marketing.
Skills and Capabilities:
Good understanding and experience in dealing with different end customer channels and product ranges.
Market experience and understanding of the different routes to market and the value of different sales channels.
Understanding emerging markets and the wider implications of actions within those markets.
Ability to influence people.
Strong communication skills. Fluency in English.
Able to construct and execute plans to match the agreed strategy.
