The Babyshop Group are hiring to our Marketing department in Stockholm (Sweden)!
Marketing Executive Finland.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a fast moving and dynamic Marketing Executive for Finnish market. You will be a digital native, passionate about marketing, social media and eCommerce. You will play an important role managing and supporting our marketing strategies, engaging with our customers, helping build our brands and reach across our markets.
You will work inside our marketing team and together with our design team to support the execution and delivering high quality campaigns and drive traffic to our sites from Finland.
You will have a demonstrable marketing experience ideally including the areas - Email, social, SEO and analytical skills
You will be dynamic, able to multi-task and work at a fast-pace, as well as a fun and good team player.
You will be fluent in Finnish language both spoken and written
You must be able to work in the office situated in Stockholm (Sweden), Valhallavägen 117 F.
Key responsibilities?
• Localization of the general Babyshop.fi, Lekmer.fi sales policy according to the local mentality and particularities of the Finnish language; combining the common strategy with necessity of the localization of the strategy;
• Planning of the marketing calendar and marketing activity for the Finland;
• Planning Web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, display and all other possible advertising campaigns;
• Weekly and daily strategy and planning;
• Pursuit of the daily activity and implementation of the strategy;
Other Responsibilities:
• Plan and general strategy of all social media activity, brand building and image building activity across the social media presence;
• Development, maintaining and localization of email marketing;
• Plan and execute all web activity, including creation and maintaining of the content on the site and daily translations into local language of all outcoming and new information;
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce all necessary promotional materials according to the local interest;
• Collaborate with internal teams for localization of the purchasing policy;
• Collaborate with internal teams for local customer's feedback;
• Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs);
• Reporting on the traffic and sales performance of the Finnish market;
• Maintenance of contacts with standing customers;
• Evaluation of the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer's feedbacks;
• Collaborate with agencies and other possible partners
• Marketing research and identification of local trends and insights;
• Studying competitors' services and trends.
Requirements:
• Speaking Finnish language (Native-speaking person);
• Fully understanding of the ethnic Finnish population mindset;
• Demonstrable marketing experience ideally including social media marketing and email marketing;
• Strong knowledge and use of local social media;
• Excellent copy writing skills and digital content-creation experience;
• Great attention to detail;
• Ability to work fast, and be autonomous and proactive;
• Able to work as part of and influence wider team within the company;
• Able to work rapidly towards tight deadlines while staying calm;
• Stress resistance;
• Able to constantly multi-task;
• Excellent communicator.
