We are looking for a person leading our Marketing CRM activities to join our Marketing team in Gothenburg, Sweden and to take the lead in developing successful, long-term CRM marketing strategies.
You will play an important role in the development of CRM Marketing Automation and developing our global consumer communication. You'll collaborate with internal teams to create best possible outcomes, and continuously optimize our customer experience.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for Polestar's CRM Marketing Strategy and the development and the implementation of CRM Marketing automation.
The broad nature of this role covers a mix of innovation, portfolio delivery and ongoing operational development and support.
Lead, manage and support the CRM team
• Developing and administering the entire CRM marketing communication platform.
• Overall project responsibility.
• Overall CRM marketing strategy:
• Marketing Automation - Develop trigger-based email strategy and executions.
• Create personalized consumer communication.
• Perform online testing (e.g. A/B testing).
• Support the development and implementation of analytic tools.
• Create and manage a cross-channel strategy, e.g. emails, apps and onsite.
• Continuously improve within our Sales Force Marketing Cloud.
• Owning the CRM content for various consumer segments, target groups and communication channels.
• Measure and report performance of data driven insights.
• Identify trends and insights, and actively seek out and evaluate emerging technologies.
Experience
To be successful in this role you must have a strategic mindset as well as being process-focused. You have a proven background in similar positions as well as in-depth CRM marketing experience and a passion for consumer communication
You should also demonstrate:
• Experience in CRM Marketing in a global environment.
• Solid knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Marketing Automation.
• 5+ years of experience in creating and implementing trigger-based emails/journeys.
• Proven operational implementation and maintenance of a CRM project.
• Experience in understanding and interpreting customer segmentation.
• Proven HTML capabilities.
• Leadership skills
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Excellent communication and motivational skills.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing automation.
