We are now looking for a Marketing Coordinator for our office in Timrå. You will be part of a Downstream Marketing team, reporting to the Director of Downstream Marketing EMEA, forming one pillar within the Permobil EMEA Marketing. The EMEA Marketing Team are responsible for driving the existing and future product roadmap, executing regional marketing programs and executing sales excellence aligned to the broader business strategy and growth objectives.
Key tasks:
The Marketing Communications Coordinator is responsible for executing the marketing communication plans. Serving as the EMEA marketing Communication Teams coordinator, they will work closely with all EMEA marketing teams; Strategic Product Management, Downstream Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Clinical Training, in addition to Corporate Communications to ensure we activate and deliver on our marketing communications plan on time.
• Delivery of internal and external marketing communication material, including ownership and execution of the website and social media tactics
• Support the EMEA marketing team to co-ordinate & execute marketing communications deliverables
• Work in close collaboration with Corporate Communications to deliver effective internal and external communications
• Brief and work with marketing agencies and internal resources
Your background
• Proven work experience/track record from similar roles
• A degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
• Knowledge of multi-channel marketing with experience of delivering marketing campaigns
• Ability to execute digital marketing tactics including but not exclusive of website, social and paid media
• Excellent use of the office pack (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and mastery of the tools of an e-mailing manager, blogs, CRM, etc.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and have great intercultural understanding.

Location is Timrå, but with some travelling to our office in Kista (min. 3 days/month)
