We are now looking for a Marketing Communications Coordinator who wants to join us in the fight against cancer.

About the job

This job is about increase brand awareness and promote RaySearch products, services, and solutions through marketing communication campaigns and digital marketing initiatives.

Your main tasks

• Responsible for maintaining and updating the corporate and subsidiary websites.
• Responsible for planning and executing organic and sponsored posts in our social media channels.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing manager on the marketing plan and social media plan.
• Responsible for CRM external communication in general; such as newsletters, e-blasts, and auto-triggered messages (Pardot and salesforce)
• Manage and continuously monitor the communication and advertising sections of marketing budget.
• Purchase advertising space in various channels, in accordance with the marketing plan and marketing budget.
• Responsible for setting up campaigns in Salesforce; tracking digital behaviors of contacts and leads in order to support the sales organization.
• Together with Marketing manager responsible for lead generation via all digital channels to our CRM.
• Analyze data and report quarterly results from communication activities all our digital channels.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing manager in generating marketing collateral for product launches.
• Distribution of collateral assets to organization, including distributors and subsidiaries, via newsletters, eblasts, and presentations.
• Manage the maintenance and development of the RaySearch media bank (The marketing and sales collateral portal).
• Procurement and subcontracting of external agency support to produce marketing collateral. Including: Copywrite support, design support, digital marketing support when needed.
• Ensure that all marketing communications follow the brand guidelines and company tone-of-voice.

Your profile

We are looking for a marketer with documented experience in content creation and inbound marketing processes. Someone who can breakdown and communicate complex products and services. At RaySearch Laboratories we take great pride in the work that we do because it plays an integral role in the fight against the cancer. We believe software holds the key to advancing and improving cancer treatment for patients worldwide.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing or communications roles, including some experience in a coordinator or similar capacity.
• Advanced fluency in the English language (both verbal and written)
• You have strong time management and project management skills - have an eye for detail and can manage many deadlines and open projects and tasks simultaneously.
• You are a quick learner and able to condense and explain complex topics.
• A proven record and deep understanding of marketing principles. (e.g., Marketing campaign creation and inbound marketing processes)
• You love to take your own initiative to develop your role and support your team.
• Experience working with creative teams (Designers and Art Directors)
• Proficiency in marketing and communication software, such as email marketing tools (e.g., Pardot and MailChimp), marketing automation platforms, and CMS (e.g., Optimizely or WordPress).
• Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) or other analytics tools.

Meriting:

• Experience with pay-per-click (PPP) advertising and the ability to create and optimize ad campaigns.
• Experience with A/B tesing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to improve campaign performance.
• Basic skills in graphic design tools and Salesforce CRM.
• General knowledge/work experience from medtech- or software industry.

In order to continue with our important mission - to improve cancer care across the world - it's important to us that our employees have a positive working environment. Our headquarters are at Torsplan, Hagastaden, in Stockholm's Life Science Hub. In our newly constructed office both workplaces and social spaces are tastefully decorated. Every day our bistro serves something to eat in the morning and in the afternoon. Our own kitchen staff also prepares an amazing lunch spread with new themes every day.
We have our own gym where you can work out before work, on your way home or at lunch with your colleagues. We have yoga and work out sessions on a regular basis.
On our top floor we have a roof top terrace with 360 degrees view of the city and an entire floor dedicated to social activities. Here we have a ping pong table, fussball, a grand piano, chess tournaments, game board nights and a weekly after work.
