THE POSITION
The Marketing Automation Specialist is responsible for analysing customer behaviour and suggesting activities that will develop and retain our customers. Digital only, of course. You will work with both calendar driven messages and automated processes. You will also lead projects, such as channel development. As part of the Customer Experience team you will be creating moments that matter for our customers to make sure they want to stay as long as possible with us.
THE CHALLENGE AHEAD
Based on our customer communication strategy you will initiate, build, execute and follow up on different activities. You will spend a lot of time in our advanced customer interaction software, Portrait Dialogue, defining target groups and setting all the business rules for the communication from start to finish. You will be a project manager for channel development and make sure to create the best customer experience by coordinating with other internal stakeholders from e.g. the Tech, Product, Commercial or Customer Service team. Responsibilities include:
• Initiate and implement targeted activities from start to finish, based on the customer strategy and customer lifecycle communication program
• Understand and define target groups
• Build and execute activities in Portrait Dialogue
• Follow up on executed activities, analyse and develop learning for future activities
• Quality assurance of customer activities created by other team members
• Channel development (digital)
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We think you are a self-motivated, problem-solving and numbers-oriented person who loves creating the different pieces in a customer communication activity. We expect you to be structured and efficient and you believe that the devil is in the details. We also think that you have excellent analytical skills and that you are comfortable with using different tools and curious in finding new ways to use them.
• Excellent analytical skills
• At least three years of work experience from Marketing Automation, CRM or similar tasks
• Relevant university degree
• Project management experience
• Strong Swedish and English skills.
• Understanding of databases and interest in working with customer insight data
