Position: Internship Marketing Automation and AI tools
Location: Gothenburg
Job type/duration: Full time/10-20 weeks Spring 2025
Team: You will join the Global Marketing team

The objective of this internship is to explore the possibilities of Marketing automation and AI tools to enhance the efficiency of marketing projects in Mölnlycke Wound Care Marketing.
As a contributor in the team, you will also play a role in various marketing initiatives while gaining hands-on experience of marketing program design and execution.
This internship offers an opportunity to explore new tools and approaches while making a meaningful contribution to our team. As an intern with Mölnlycke, you will support the Global Marketing team with focus on some key areas, such as:
Identify relevant AI tools, explore use cases, and develop internal guidance document
Develop a pilot marketing automation program
Knowledge and experience
Studying for Bachelor's and/or Master's degree, in year 3 or later
You either study Marketing/Business with an interest in digital tools and AI enablers, or you study science/engineering with an interest to learn more about MedTech marketing
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated experience of digital engagement and utilizing digital tools and AI
Able to assimilate complex information, extract what is important, and simplify the message to communicate to a wider audience
Analytical skills
Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
Good level in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment
Personal qualities:
Self-motivated, proactive in suggesting ideas and improvements
Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
Curious mindset, with the desire to learn
Action-oriented and with an ambition and a can-do attitude
Collaborative team player
