Are you an international business developer with a passion for improving medical education at leading institutions across Europe?

Sectra Education, Sectra's fastest growing business unit, is looking for an experienced dealmaker to expand the footprint of our medical education offering in Europe.

In this role, you will be responsible for generating growth and reaching your financial targets by managing our business partner network as well as driving sales together with your colleagues at Sectra's subsidiaries across the region.

In order to succeed, you will need to develop, motivate, coach and continuously evaluate the performance of your sales channels. This will require excellent communication skills and cultural awareness.
Since we are a small team, you need to be flexible and ready to take on any complex problem or challenge the market presents to us. This job includes a significant number of travel days per year (to spectacular and exciting places).



In this position, you will:

Develop markets and generate revenue for Sectra Education through business partners and direct sales in assigned markets.
Manage multiple sales channels in order to optimize their sales performance.
Ensure customer satisfaction.
Deliver results, meet financial targets and contribute to the success of the business unit.
Be an ambassador for Sectra's core values.




We are looking for someone who views the entire globe as their market and who enjoys working with other countries and cultures. You have a well-documented track record in sales and a drive to win and constantly improve. Applicants from outside Sweden are very welcome.

We expect you to have a strong educational background and a proven track record of success, but also a sense of humor when appropriate. For this position, the following requirements apply:

A Master's or Bachelor's degree with good grades.
Fluency in English and Swedish.
Sales experience in an international environment.
Creativity, initiative and drive.
Experience in project management.
Enjoy working with other cultures and international travel.
