Do you have a passion for customers? Would you like to be in the forefront of global fashion retail and part of an exciting team?
H&M's global Marketing function is looking for Market Analysts to join the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team to work specifically with H&M Club. The CRM team is part of the Media & CRM department within the H&M global Marketing function. The new H&M Club concept is now launched in eight countries. Since the club has an aggressive expansion plan we have a need of strengthening our team with Market Analysts.
Your responsibility:
Reporting, analysis and insight about H&M Club, and using those in coaching and steering Club countries through close dialogue to set activities to increase the value and loyalty of our customers.
Drive the development and implementation of methods, KPI's, projects, systems and processes to improve Club analysis towards all stakeholders at H&M. In this role you will work closely with the H&M Club markets as well as with central teams within Marketing, Global Sales & Operations and Online Sales.
Following-up Club customer activity and setting targets for Club customer KPI's - new members, Share of Receipts in store, Share of Orders online, etc.
Developing and implementing methods of commercial, customer and market analysis and follow-up of H&M Club.
Suggesting and driving effective activities for Club members.
In your role you will work with different analytical concepts and systems, for example the analytical system SAS and the business intelligence system Tableau.
We are looking for a person who
Has 2-6 years' work experience of CRM, Customer analysis, Business controlling, Merchandising or similar.
Is self-motivated and results-oriented: You need to be able to proactively and independently identify the needs of the company and handle ambiguity, while also securing that the goals of the team are met.
Has strong analytical skills and business sense.
Experience working in SAS is highly meriting.
Has excellent communication skills: In your role you will handle multiple priorities, deliveries and stakeholders. To succeed you need to have excellent communication skills to communicate complex information concisely to individuals and groups.
Has entrepreneurial spirit and passion for the customer: You impact how H&M builds relationships with our customers now and in the future.
The position is full time and based at the H&M head office in Stockholm City
You will report to the group manager of the CRM team.
