The team has the responsibility to deliver and coordinate technical support for the Volvo & Renault products towards Market companies and Importers within the areas cab, chassis & vehicle dynamics, electrical, electronics and telematics.
THIS IS THE ROLE
As manager for Technical Service you will hold a strategic and important role having the responsibility to lead and develop a team of Product Specialists. The team is responsible for resolving hardware and software related problems in our customer's trucks. Development of innovative solutions to resolve customer issues is one of the most important deliveries for the team. You will also be a member of Q&CS Got/Lam management team with a shared responsibility to develop Q&CS products and services and support creating efficiency through improved flow.

Required knowledge/experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of senior line management
Good knowledge about aftermarket and quality processes
Expertise within vehicle technology
Good understanding of the commercial vehicle industry and what drives customer satisfaction
Master of Science degree or equivalent technical university degree
