We are looking for the Manager of Sub System HFF S and X-band, which means that you will be Design Responsible for HFF for the products:

Giraffe 1X
*
Giraffe 4A
*
Giraffe 8A
You are also responsible for the Specialty engineering field Environmental Engineering (climatic and mechanical).
The group consists of around 15 sub system engineers with experience from most of our Surface based products. You are coaching and leading your group towards common strategic goals, and develop common tools and adopt processes, such as the Integrated Product Creation (IPC), to support and facilitate their work. You will promote creativity, new ideas, business thinking and cooperation.
As a manager of Sub System HFF S and X-band you will be responsible of the Sub System Design, Integration and Verification. You will have your own individual area of responsibility, but you also interact and take part in other groups' challenges. The leadership team works closely together and each member contributes with their individual experiences and strengths. Together we are creating an engaging and including work environment and work towards our vision to strengthen our employees and increasing the level of self-governance in our teams.
Being a manager within the Sub System Engineering department, also means that you contribute to the overall development of BU Surface Sensor Solutions. You will have a close cooperation with the other groups within Surface Design, as well as with other functions within BU Surface and BA Surveillance.
The Sub System Engineering department is responsible for Sub System Design and Verification within the High frequency function (HFF) area and for Sub System Projects in our surface based radar systems. The department has around 40 employees divided into three groups:

Sub System HFF S- and X-band

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
