Job Summary
Could you imagine yourself in a challenging position, working in close collaboration with European Markets and customers, being an important player for Tetra Pak's future? An exciting opportunity opens within Services Supply Network (SSN).
Services Supply Network (SSN) is the organization within Tetra Pak Services which purchases and distributes spare parts and other physical goods to the full Tetra Pak customer base. A key success factor to keep our customers satisfied with the service we provide is to have an efficient, professional and customer-centric Customer Service function globally. To fulfil the needs, we have eight distribution centres globally and four regional administration centres (SAC), where SSN focuses on making sure our customers get superior support to run their operations in the best way.
The European Sales Administration Centre (ESAC) handles spare part order administration for Tetra Pak customers in Europe, Türkiye, Caucasus & Central Asia and Maghreb. Together we service ~4000 customer sites in thirteen languages.
We are looking for a Manager, Sales Administration who will manage, develop and support a team of 15-20 Sales Administration Officers delivering high quality service to customers and internal stakeholders belonging to 2-3 of our market companies.
This position is based in Lund, Sweden and is a permanent position.
What you will do
In this position you will work with a dynamic team in a global working environment.
As Manager, Sales Administration you will:
Drive and develop customer service in close collaboration with Market & SSN colleagues.
Use Customer feedback to drive productivity improvements with both internal and external stakeholders
Manage and develop the team in terms of budget, KPIs and performance management
Mentor and coach your employees regarding personal development, capabilities and career ambitions
Drive for automation and digitalization wherever possible.
Together with the team drive operational excellence in terms of quality, efficiency and customer service
Together with the team secure timely completion of commitments
Secure alignment and best practice sharing within SSN

We believe you have
Higher education in relevant area
A minimum of 3 years' working experience in Supply Chain Operations
Several years of experience in Customer Service organisation
Experience in leading people, formally or informally
Experience from market companies is beneficial

The successful candidate has been in a management position or have experience from informal leadership. Motivating and coaching is something you enjoy and are good at. You are service minded and collaborative with excellent communication skills. Communication must be pro-active, fast and accurate and of course you are fluent in English, both verbally and written.
You are used to work with cross organizational communications and improvements. You enjoy working in a high paced environment and can structure your work efficiently to deliver accurate and timely results. Analytical skills as well as an understanding of digital tools and automation are also important to be able to prioritize the improvement areas and drive productivity.
