Supporting the division management team, transformation steering group bodies in optimising and balancing the priorities of the investments in a cross-organisational holistic roadmap.
Change management to build awareness and adoption of portfolio management governance and processes, including onboarding acquired companies.
Drive continuous improvement of portfolio management across the SMR organization.

To ensure successful execution, an important part of your mission is also to coach and challenge the organization to follow the agreed investment governance, portfolio management, project methodologies and ways of working.
You report directly to the Head of Transformation Management. The position is flexible between Stockholm (Sweden), Tampere (Finland), or Dublin (Ireland) and we offer you a hybrid working model. International travel is included in your job.

With your superb interpersonal skills, you're a strong team player as well as a natural leader. You're highly delivery focused and have a strong positive outlook.
