The Department Aftermarket Sales and Customer Support in Region Emerging Markets and Asia Pacific at Volvo Penta is looking for a Group Manager Parts & Accessories Sales

Main Areas of Responsibilities
This position reports to the Director Aftermarket Sales and Customer Support with the responsibility of securing the Parts and Accessory Sales targets.
As Manager Parts & Accessories Sales you are responsible for the total business performance in the Importer Market Areas. To your help you have a team of skilled and competent Area Parts Sales Managers with clearly dedicated targets and personnel/budget responsibilities.
In parallel, you will work strategically and target focused with the Parts Sales Managers at our Market Units in the Region.

As Group Manager Parts & Accessories Sales you are:
Initiate, develop, implement and follow up aftermarket segment strategies and activities to achieve the sales targets, including ownership of related KPI?s.
Define and implement processes, routines and ?best practice? working methods to increase efficiencies within the Parts & Accessories sales area.
Actively support your team members in commercial/technical discussions to prepare the right decisions
Participate in projects with Central Functions regarding Parts & Accessories
Consolidate commercial training needs and implement training/competence plans
Be the Chairman for Region Parts and Accessories Meetings.
Be part of the Regional Aftermarket Management Team.

Qualifications and Profile:
Commercial and/or Technical education (Bachelor of Science or equivalent)
Business and Customer orientated in a global company environment with combined operational and staff responsibility
At least 3-5 years of experience from Aftermarket sales and business development
Have a genuine interest in working with people from different cultures and background to create a positive atmosphere through an open coaching attitude
Be an inspiring leader through involvement, transparency and commitment
Good communication skills both orally and written in Swedish and English are required. Additional languages are an advantage.

Travels required: Availability for traveling across the Region is a prerequisite to successfully operate in this role.
