hela Sverige The Manager of Mobile Network Operations will be the main responsible for ensuring there is global
Mobile Network Connectivity within the vehicle structure.
In this role you will take the full responsibility for the whole process, from translating the business
requirements for market rollout and need for different subscription models, to sourcing suppliers and
establishing and maintaining the infrastructure and operations organization. You will work closely with
business owners, solution managers and suppliers. The role requires extensive experience in program
and supplier management, and expertise from the telecom industry, in particular trends and solutions for
IoT and connectivity management. Ideally, you also have experience providing MVNO services.
Consideration needs to be taken to already existing solutions and to cost and timing feasibility. The
responsibility in this role might change over time. You will be a part of Infotainment & Driver
Information Module Team and report to our module team director. You will work in a global
organization, with regular contact with Asia, mainly China.
Responsibilities and tasks:
• Define and maintain a long-term strategy for "connectivity as a service", ensuring global mobile
network connectivity for all vehicles in line with business requirements.
• Define requirements on SIM profile and subscription management and the solutions required.
• Ensure relevant suppliers are sourced and solutions are implemented according to rollout plan.
• Define and establish the operations organization required.
• Define and implement SLAs and measurement of supplier performance, as well as own
performance towards the business.
• Based on experience propose new technologies and innovations to be introduced.
• The CaaS will be developed in close cooperation with the business, solution manager, functions
owners, and suppliers.
Requirements:
• M.Sc. Computer Science or similar.
• >10 years' experience of project and program management
• >10 years' experience of telecom industry
• >5 years' experience of GSMA standardization work, SIM management technologies and working with relevant suppliers
• >5 years' experience of network operations management
• >3 years' experience of automotive industry
• Experience of working with MVNOs is a strong advantage
• Experience of mobile and cloud service development is an advantage
• Experience of system integration is an advantage

• Cultural awareness, especially Asian - European culture
• Travels to Asia will be needed (approx. 2-3 per year).
• Each individual in our team has a high level of responsibility and mandate, and is expected to be able to work autonomously.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in English.
