All about the role:
Cloud Office in Group Solutions is a fantastic team who is the middle of the cloud journey of Electrolux. The team's raison d'etre is to increase the cloud consumption across the group through education, evangelization, support and engineering of cloud workloads. We are also the custodian of our Group's cloud strategy, which sets the direction of our cloud journey. The Cloud Office team has grown from 1 position in 2019 to now 11 fantastic talents spanning capabilities like Java, DevOps tool, Azure, AWS, GCP, Akamai', service management, FinOps, security, etc. Cloud Office has three major capabilities: engineering, service management and security with 3 major product areas: Azure, non-Azure and DevSecOps tooling.
Due to the fantastic growth I am now looking for a Manager of Cloud Service Management Team, which is a newly developed team consisting of service management and service architects involved in the day-to-day delivery and operation of products owned by Cloud Office. Currently there are 3 people in the team but of course due to the dynamic times we are in, it might change sooner than later.
What you'll do:
• Leading the team: responsible for leading the team and ensuring that all members of the team are working towards the same
goal. This includes setting goals, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing feedback.
• Operation management: Accountable and in some cases also responsible for the day-to-day operation of the services owned, managed or delivered by Cloud Office. The big ones to be mentioned are Cognizant, Azure, IBM, GCP, Atlassian and AWS.
• Service optimization: Responsible for developing and/or improving the delivery of the services provided by various partners or internally.
• Planning and performing necessary lifecycle management and incoming pipeline for initiatives.
• Customer service management: accountable and responsible for being single point of contact for the customers internally in Group for issues, escalations and reports (service metrics to define and follow-up) etc for the delivery of the services, including change and incident management.
• Collaborating with other teams: responsible for collaborating with other teams within the organization to ensure that cloud-based solutions are integrated with other systems and processes through chairing or participating in relevant forums.

Educational Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Experience and Skill Requirements
• Minimum four years of experience working as service manager (ITIL understanding is preferred) but also Agile methodology.
• Experience on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, Akamai)
• Experience from enterprise IT, stakeholder and communication management
• Good and broad knowledge of computer security (certificates, web authentication, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with reporting, customization, FinOps and budget.

Fluent in English
