Job Summary
An exciting opportunity opens within Services Supply Network. Could you imagine yourself in a challenging position, working in close collaboration with stakeholders cross Tetra Pak, being an important player for Tetra Pak's future?
Services Supply Network (SSN) is the organization within Tetra Pak Services which purchases and distributes spare parts and other physical goods to the full Tetra Pak customer base. A key success factor to keep our customers satisfied with the service we provide is to have an efficient, professional and customer-centric Customer Service function globally. To fulfil the needs, we have eight distribution centres globally and four regional administration centres (SAC), where SSN focuses on making sure our customers get superior support to run their operations in the best way.
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Manager, Global Operations Support & OT Security to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring the continuous uptime of our IT tools within SSN (Services Supply Network), maintaining and enhancing Operational Technology (OT) security, and supporting our global operations. You will lead a team of specialists, drive operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with industry and Tetra Pak standards, all while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic business objectives.
The position is permanent and based in Lund, Sweden.
What you will do
As Manager, Global Operations Support & OT Security your main responsibilities will be:
Team Leadership: Manage the SSN operations team, with full budget responsibility, and foster a high-performance culture.
OT Security: Lead the design and maintenance of SSN global OT security strategies, ensuring protection against cyber threats through policy development and risk mitigation.
Operations Support: Develop and implement global operations strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on automation, efficiency, and uptime for IT/OT systems.
Incident Management: Lead critical incident responses to minimize impact and ensure rapid recovery, developing incident response plans and post-incident analyses.
Security Consistency: Ensure consistency in the SSN global OT security landscape, providing guidance on security changes.
Data-Driven Insights: Generate and analyze reports on IT operations, OT security, and team productivity, leveraging data analytics to drive improvements and optimize performance.
We believe you have
In this position you will work with a dynamic team in a global working environment. The successful candidate has 7+ years of experience in operations support, IT management, or OT security, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. You enjoy working in a high paced environment and can structure your work efficiently to deliver accurate and timely results. You most probably have a master's degree in information technology, Engineering, or related field and have a strong understanding of OT and IT infrastructure. You have a very good command in English, both written and verbal
Motivating and coaching is something you enjoy and are good at. You are service minded and collaborative with excellent communication skills. You demonstrate exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail. You have a proven track record of implementing efficiency strategies and process improvements. You have a very good command in English, both written and verbal.
