hela Sverige The Business Centre for separator systems in Tumba is responsible for research, development, testing, project management, product maintenance, product management and sales development for the separator system range. The main objective of the centre is to improve the profitability of the separator system business.

We are looking for a strong leader with a strategic mind and a genuine interest of developing people and quality related processes.The main responsibilities for the Design & Product Quality Improvments team are:* Claims management * Product Quality Analysis * Incidents & Accidents Management * TPQM (Total Product Quality Management) driver * Legal and standard demands * Marine Classification and Certification * Management and support of the CAD and PDM environmentResponsibilities:Your main responsibilities will be to:* lead a team consisting of 9 competent co-workers.* recruit, retain and develop key roles.* secure that Quality and Claim processes are developed and used to improve our quality.* coordinate and develop quality work within HSS.* follow up financial reporting to secure the cost frames are complied with.* be an active member of the Development Management Team.Qualifications:You have an Engineering degree and experience with leading a team. You are good at managing inter-personal relationship, combining good technical skills with good management skills, problem solving and decision making.
