We are now looking for a person who will lead a team of Product Owners in our agile B2B Tribe. As the Tribe Lead you will be part of Telenor Sweden's Business division and the Product & Strategy management team with approx. 10 direct reporting PO's in an Agile setup.
What 'll you do
Together with the Business and IT Management teams, you will be responsible for securing that we prioritize our IT development towards what makes greatest customer impact, ultimately enabling us to take steps forward to become a digital challenger within the B2B telco market in Sweden.
As part of the Product & Strategy management you will work jointly with the rest of the team to secure a transparent and forward leaning environment for our colleagues to excel in. You will play a crucial part in how we transform our way of work in order to meet our changing customer demands.
Key responsibilities
With your Tribe, you will be leading the roadmap and development towards our development teams and continuously balance short -and long-term business value in close collaboration with rest of the Product & Strategy management team within the Business division. Moreover, you will responsible for:
Leading the B2B roadmap and transformation in relation to our development teams in order to:
* Define and execute strategic initiatives
* Drive simplification
* With focus on digitization, customer experience and way of work
Lead the team of Product Owners
* Continuously ensure an efficient and dynamic prioritization
* Set and act upon vision, strategy, and goals
* Stakeholder management
Who you are
