hela Sverige Do you want to be a member of Atlantis Production? We are looking for a Manager who can lead and take responsibility for Customer Service and Logistics.
About the position
In this position you will manage the team responsible for incoming orders, shipping towards customers, scanning of dental models and our internal Customer Service
Your key accountabilities are to:
lead the department, which includes ensuring that staff are correctly trained and have individual goals
drive the department 's development in alignment with the overall goals for the entire Operations organization
understand the integration of different software and system
develop Customer Service to get the best customer experience
Who you are
We believe you are a flexible, accurate and independent person who takes many initiatives of your own. You enjoy being in a dynamic organization with high tempo and demands for quality and service. You are open, positive and a good communicator who collaborate with ease with others.
We believe you have:
a relevant education, preferably academic, or a couple of years of experience as a Manager with proven leadership skills
knowledge of Lean production and continuous improvement
experience of working with customer contacts
good communication skills, in English as well in Swedish

About Atlantis:
Dentsply Sirona markets customized implant products under the Atlantis brand. This means that we customize abutments, crowns and bridge structures with supporting products. The work is characterized by fast response time to the customers and that we are open most weekdays as customers in Europe need our services.
