We are modernizing one of Tietoevrys largest Clients in the health and social care sector with modular, open, and interoperable software, and are looking for a People manager with Project management skills who wants to be part of the transformation. Together with a local, dedicated, and supportive team, you will be a key player in simplifying everyday life for patients, citizens, and professionals alike.

Get to know the role:
Be a part of a team of experienced, senior colleagues. We collaborate closely and generously share our experiences and knowledge.
Be the people manager for the team.
Be responsible for developing project plans, leading day-to-day project communication and collaboration, and delivering projects to our customers.
Explore and work with modern technology, building knowledge along the way.
Lead project development and implementation based on client requirements.
Although the position does not involve extensive travel, some travel activities are expected.
You are someone with:
Experience in people management, successful implementation, and delivery of projects.
Great customer focus. Your peers might describe you as service-oriented and positive. You are interested in learning new things and are quick to see the benefits of sharing knowledge and experiences.
Attention to detail and quality in what you present. You enjoy working with a lot of responsibility and influence in the projects you are working on.
Business skills with an "upselling mindset". You can highlight how solutions can generate value for customers.
Experience in working with/for customers in public, private, or municipal healthcare or the social care sector.
Strong communication skills - fluent in Swedish and English.
A bonus if you also have:
Experience in project management in combination with higher education in IT or other equivalent/relevant education.
Experience with PPS, PROJEKTiL, Agile, Scrum, Prosci, Learning, and Safe.
Knowledge/experience in the healthcare and social care sector.
